musical movement


Im loving going to the gym. Which is strange because i’m a reluctant exerciser!!! I get on that treadmill and walk briskly for half an hour. When done, I’m red-cheeked and tired!!! But my problem is music. i have an ipod and the music im using isnt helping. So, im trying to find the best music for the gym.  i have tried hip hop, rapping, classical and some 80’s songs.what works for you??
